Complaints
If you have a complaint regarding a staff member, please contact or discuss your concerns with the Operations Manager, Naomi Graetz. If your complaint is regarding a nurse, please contact the Nurse Manager, Stephanie Farmer. If your complaint or concern is regarding a Doctor at the practice, please contact or discuss with Business Manager, Michael Ryan at the practice or via phone on 08 8564 2266. If your complaint is against a doctor and you are not satisfied with this process, you may wish to report your concerns to the Australian Medical Board on 1300 419 495.
